By accessing or integrating with the Drive DataBridge gateway, authorized team members and internal microservices agree to comply with the following IT infrastructure terms and corporate regulations.
Drive DataBridge is a proprietary, internal API integration gateway designed exclusively to manage automated storage synchronization and cloud resource allocation via Google Drive APIs.
This gateway is restricted strictly to official corporate project deployments, system log storage, assets hosting, and authorized automated data workflows.
Authorized Access Only: Team members may only connect Google accounts explicitly designated or approved for corporate operations. Unauthorized accounts are strictly prohibited.
Credential and Token Protection: Users are entirely responsible for the absolute confidentiality of their JSON configuration files, Client Secrets, Access Tokens, and Refresh Tokens. Any exposure of these credentials outside the company’s firewalled infrastructure is considered a violation of corporate security policy.
Data Compliance: All data written, managed, or retrieved via the application's API endpoints must be legitimate project assets. Uploading malicious code, copyrighted material without clearance, or any files violating corporate data governance policies is strictly prohibited.
The application is provided "as-is" for internal operations. While the IT Administration Team strives for maximum uptime, the company does not guarantee uninterrupted service if outages are caused by third-party upstream issues (Google Cloud API disruptions).
The central infrastructure team is not liable for data loss or pipeline failures resulting from invalid JSON configurations or misuse of the endpoint by individual project developers.
The internal infrastructure administrators reserve the right to modify API endpoints, update required scopes, or implement temporary system downtime for critical security patches or to align with updated Google API specifications without prior internal notice.
