Drive DataBridge is developed and operated exclusively as an internal infrastructure gateway for our company. This Privacy Policy outlines how the application interacts with Google Drive data from authorized team member accounts and internal company services.

1. Information We Access & Scopes

Drive DataBridge connects to the Google Drive API to automate corporate storage operations. The application accesses:

• Storage Metrics: Total capacity, used space, and available storage quotas from linked Google Drive accounts.
• File and Directory Management: Reading, writing, creating, and modifying data files within designated system directories.

2. How Data is Used

All data is processed automatically via internal API endpoints solely for the following enterprise functions:

• To monitor storage allocation across all connected nodes, allowing the internal backend to prevent data pipeline failures or write interruptions before a team member’s quota is exhausted.
• To facilitate high-speed automated read/write operations, securely routing system logs, project assets, and temporary files from other internal corporate microservices into secure Drive folders.
• To maintain and refresh OAuth 2.0 access tokens seamlessly, ensuring continuous uptime for the internal data bridge.

3. Data Sharing and Enterprise Protection

Strictly Confidential: Drive DataBridge enforces absolute corporate isolation. We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or share any data retrieved from Google Drive APIs with any third parties or public environments.

Ownership Retention: Team members and the organization retain ultimate ownership of their digital assets. Data circulation is strictly confined within the company's internal secure network.

Data Security: All credentials, JSON configurations, and OAuth tokens are fully encrypted and hosted within our private, firewalled server environment.
